A pre-order is an order you can make for an item before it is in stock and available for delivery.
As the nature of "Pre-Order" is different from the "Ready Stock" in terms of product availability & delivery, please ensure you had Read and Understand the following Pre-Order Terms and Conditions before proceed for ordering.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) Pre-Order closing date : 15th and 30th 6:00pm of every month
(2) Estimate Arrival Date (reach us) : 2 weeks (or less / more) after the pre-order closing date.
So, please proceed order only if you are willing to WAIT and to avoid any disappointment. Instead you can take a look at our Ready Stock items.
Important Note : The Arrival period (i.e. 2 weeks) does not include weekend in Malaysia & our supplier country's (Taiwan) Public Holiday. In addition, some contributing factors that out of our control such as Shipping Delay by courier service provider, Custom clearance and etc... could potentially delay our effort to meet our commitment to deliver your goods within the target time.
(3) There is NO minimum order required (which is good ^0^)
(4) To confirm your order(s), full payment has to be made on or before the pre-order deadline (15th or 30th of every month). Otherwise, your order will be on hold until payment receive, and will only be processed in the next pre-order batch.
(5) Order cannot be cancelled or revised once your payment has been received.
(6) After closing date, we will not accept anymore new pre-order or additional items to your previous order. However, you may make order in the subsequent new batch.
(7) If any of the merchandise is Out of Stock, buyers have the option either to get full refund or to keep the balance for buyer's future order. An additional RM2 will be deducted for refund to non-Maybank or non-Public Bank account.
(8) Buyers who paid through cash deposit machine, any excess payment will be added to your cash point account for future order.
(9) All prices are fixed price. No further negotiation allows.
(10) We will ensure that all items are packed properly and address are written clearly as well as return address stated if undelivered. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss and damage occured during shipment.
(11) Due to some of the products are from various suppliers and brands (unless stated otherwise), the actual products might have some variances of color and quality compared to the photos/pictures displayed. Buyers that couldn’t accept the possible differences please do not place any orders.
(12) Buyer will need to bear the risk for pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as change of mind, smell too strong, different colour, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the colour and etc.
(13) All SOLD items are final, there will be NO refund or NO exchange except otherwise stated in our Return Policy. We ONLY accept return if the items was sent out wrongly by us.
(14) Little Shopaholix Corner has the rights to change any rules and regulations without any notification.
So Why Pre-Order When There Is So Much Hassle?
- ■ Pre-Order stock items will enjoy a discount price of 5% - 15% from the ready stock items.
- ■ For skin care or cosmetic items that are having limited life span, pre-order will help to ensure buyers get the FRESH products to use, but not the expired or almost expired products.
- ■ Pre-Order stocks are all imported from Taiwan. Most of the suppliers of the products do NOT offer shipping to Malaysia, only sell and ship within Taiwan.
