The exclusive Deep Sea Water formula makes a firm foundation of the skin. It sets a water pump transport system that delivers hydroxyproline (the main component of the collagen) and active placenta into the bottom layer of the skin. It directly strengthens the dermal moisturizing system. Without external water supplement, the skin also can produce water by itself.
