HOW TO ORDER ? 

Step 1:  Find Your Favourite

• Find the products you want to buy Read, Understand and Agree to the Terms & Conditions. 
• Most of the products come with details such as picture, description of sizing, ingredient/material, pricing, how to use, design, and etc. Please go through it carefully by clicking on MORE INFO>>

Step 2:  Add Desired Product to Cart

• When you found item(s) that you wish to buy, click ADD TO CART. 
• Click CONTINUE SHOPPING if you wish to add more items. 
• Once done shopping, click  GO TO PAYMENTS.
• Fill all your information correctly.
• Click CONTINUE.

                            OR

• If the found item(s) that you wish to buy is stated as "Out of Stock", meaning it's out of stock at suppliers' end. Click NOTIFY ME ! (if you wish to get email notification from us whenever stock is available for purchase or pre-order again)

Step 3:  Waiting For Our Order Summary Email

• You will receive an order summary via email from us within 48 hours. 
• This mail will includes your mailing address, your bill, delivery/shipping charges and total payable amount, along with our banking details.

Step 4:  Make Payment

• If the details in the confirmation mail is alright, please make full payment before or on the pre-order batch closing date & time (15th or 30th of every month). 
• We only accept payment to Maybank & Public Bank account at the moment. 
• You can pay using either Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience. 
• Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear.

Step 5:  Payment Notification
Fill up the Pre-order Payment Notification Form to notify us after you have paid full amount billed.
** Items will not be shipped out if you do not notify us the payment details.**


Step 6:  Wait for your Product

• We will place order on every 15th or 30th after order list compilation, it will take about 2 weeks (or more) for the item(s) to reach us.
• Once received and checked, we will send out the products within 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri) to all customers. 
• We will email the tracking code of the shipment for your reference.
• Sorry, no COD (Cash-on-delivery) at the moment.

• Payments are to be made to my bank account within 72 hours after order confirmation or before the pre-order closing date (on the 15th of every month). Items will be posted out within 3 working days upon receipt of payment (except Sunday & Public Holidays).
• Reservation lasts up to maximum of 2 days. Failure to make payment will lead to item(s) being released to next buyer in-line without any further notice.
• Item will be well-packed for shipping - I cannot be held responsible for any delay/damages/lost of item(s) during shipment, which is beyond my control.

PAYMENT METHOD

Online transfer/ Cash deposit / Interbank transfer to either :-

• Maybank
• Public Bank

** NOTE: For interbank transfer, buyer will bear the additional bank charges incurred (if any).
** After bank-in/ online transfer/ cash deposit payment to my account, kindly email me the payment details (Reference Number, Payment Date, Payment Amount)



DELIVERY OPTIONS

As a general guidelines, below are the shipping costs for 1 item only, actual shipping cost (calculated base on total weight) will be advised by email upon pre-order confirmation.

REGISTERED POST

- RM 3.50 [for the first 250g]
- RM 4.50 (mail) - RM 6.50 (small packet) [up till 500g]
- More expensive for Glass-bottled Skincare/Handbags/Shoes/other heavier or bigger size items (>500g) - parcel/packet
- Takes 3-4 workings day to deliver by PosMalaysia
- Signatures needed

POS EKSPRES *Not advisable, BUYER bear own risk if lost*

- RM 4.50 (max thickness 10mm only)
- Next day delivery for zone 1 ; 2-3 days for zone 2 & 3, by PosMalaysia
- Signatures not needed

POS LAJU *Safest choice*
- West Msia RM 6.00; Sarawak RM 9.00; Sabah RM 10.00 (for the first 500g)
- Safest method
- More expensive for Handbags/Shoes/other heavier items (>500g)
- Next day delivery by PosMalaysia
- Signatures needed

*NOTE: All shipments will be processed from Monday - Friday (we avoid shipping on weekends and eve of Public Holidays to avoid lost shipment).
